In 2024, we embarked on an ambitious project in South Korea to supply high-quality kataifi dough to local culinary establishments.
This project aims to introduce and popularize a variety of gourmet kataifi rolls, featuring diverse fillings such as fish, mushrooms, cheese, shrimp, asparagus, and more. The initiative is designed to cater to the growing demand for innovative and premium appetizers in both upscale restaurants and gourmet food stores across the country.
Future Prospects: Encouraged by the success of the ongoing project, we plan to expand its supply chain to include more diverse and exotic fillings for kataifi rolls.
